Frédéric ADOLPH

 

Frédéric Adolph has more than 20 years of experience; initially in the operational area for the Industry sector (Mars Group), and then as a consultant specialized in increasing operational efficiency (Arthur Andersen then BearingPoint) in the Industry and the Services sectors both for private companies and public organisations.

His activities in the area of improving efficiency began through assignments in industrial manufactures and continues today in the departments  supporting production activities (human resources, accounting, supply-chain) and R&D.

His approach is mainly based Lean philosophy training followed by a pilot Lean implementation on a selected process. The implementation is done with the client employees gathering their improvement ideas and coached by Frédéric. Everything is done with the client staff ensuring the implementation acceptance by employees and is also the best assurance of sustainability.

Frédéric is an engineer graduated from Agro Paris Tech (Top European Engineering School in Agronomy equivalent of Master of Science according to the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and granted the “Lean Six Sigma Black Belt” diploma from the Top French School of Engineering “Ecole Centrale de Paris

 

Daniel DUPUIS

 

Daniel Dupuis spent more than 20 years working in the development and management of strategic partnerships in the  industry (Volvo, Renault, Cogema). He managed multicultural, collaborative pioneer projects for the establishment of transversal structures (research, production, company strategy, product marketing). 

His approach of the mutual compiling and promoting of groundbreaking innovations has allowed him to found and manage  business clusters.

Thanks to this methodology for business development and innovation promotion, he accompanies today clients, entrepreneurs and companies of medium size through alliances in their plans for foundation and transformation. At the “HEC” Business School he equally supervises young talents in the development of their companies.

Daniel Dupuis is an engineer specializing in materials, measurements and servo-systems technologies. He is also a fellow graduated of HEC Paris, Top Business School (#2 ranked by Financial Times)
